Super Silent Diamond Blades.

Laserplant specialises in supplying a range of Super Silent blades in 250mm600mm diameters for cutting Marble, Granite and Limestone. From a Health & Safety standpoint, the Super Silent blades will reduce blade noise levels to a virtual whisper and the premium quality segments will give long life, good cutting speeds and a smooth edge finish, thus reducing polishing time to a minimum.

Marble And Granite.

The Laser-welded 100-300mm dry cutting diamond blades are manufactured with long-life segments which are suitable for cutting both Marble and Granite. The steel centres are silenced for noise suppression and the 9mm high tips have a Turbo profile for speed of cut.

Grind And Polish.

A variety of grinding plates, flange-mounted blades and diamond polishing pads are available for finishing both Marble and Granite and all segments are premium quality for long life and smooth cutting performance.

Tiling.

100mm - 350mm Continuous rim blades have a narrow profile (1.5mmT) and bronze segment design to allow for smooth cutting of hard glazed tiles with minimum edge chipping.
